Great Service! Had some transmission problems. Took more than one try and some good old fashioned mechanic know-how to fix. The problem did not show on the scan. The Had some transmission problems. Took more than one try and some good old fashioned mechanic know-how to fix. The problem did not show on the scan. They also fixed two recalls. Had a loaner for the duration and was kept up to date on progress in a timely manner. We are long term customers but this time they went above and beyond to satisfy. More

GREAT SERVICE! Roberto and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They go out of there way for their customers, they explain everything that they are going to do, and Roberto and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Horrible service dept. They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they w They do not return phone calls. It took four days to find out my sons car needed a new battery. He is an amputee and depends on the car which they were told. When we first talked to Bob in service we told him we thought it was the battery. We feel that the car was not even looked at just our opinion) speaking to other mechanics it should never take four days to figure out the battery needs to be replaced. We also just bought in March a 2017 Explorer and my son has a 2013 Escape, as of now we will not be back to purchase any more vehicles from currie if this is the best service you have to offer. More

Great Service It's a pleasure getting my car serviced At Currie Ford.. Joe the service manager Is great, prompt and professional as well as the staff. I bring my company 2017 Ford Fusion in with out a appointment every time and they get it serviced quickly while I wait. They also handle all the fleet paperwork and deal direct with them. They also know to give me a courtesy wash since it's a fleet vehicle. Keep up the great service at Currie! It always a pleasure doing business with Joe and Currie Ford. 60k Check Up Once again, Currie Motors Service Department hit it out of the park! Brought my F150 in for the routine maintenance at 60k and a factory recall. Als Once again, Currie Motors Service Department hit it out of the park! Brought my F150 in for the routine maintenance at 60k and a factory recall. Also had a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed. Their staff continues to be the most prompt, courteous and well-prepared people I've dealt with at a dealership. They greet you on time, and take the time to discuss your repairs. In this case, I needed a rental vehicle. They were ready with everything with little, or no delay. Other dealerships should take lessons from these guys! More

it was a smooth and quick process. the porter, Christian who brought my car was so nice. I asked that he check to make sure my phone was connected and he verified it was.
