good experience at Curie motors as usual. The service staff is always nice and helpful when working with you. Always offer/ask if I need a ride, car when I drop my car off. Fast and friendly service. I got right in for the service on my wife's fusion. The service attendant also had RECALL ITEM taken care of while I was there. I Take Back My Previous Review I previously gave Currie Motors 5 stars when I purchased my Ford Escape last month but am not happy because the night of the purchase we were promised I previously gave Currie Motors 5 stars when I purchased my Ford Escape last month but am not happy because the night of the purchase we were promised a first oil change free because this was our third purchase from them and although they do not offer free oil changes any longer the salesperson said they would honor it for us as the vehicle was a demo and had 3600 miles on it. My husband contacted the salesperson to schedule the free oil change and was now told that they cannot do it. So if you want to purchase a vehicle from them they are great but don't expect anything else after the sale is final. I am so disappointed.... More

Forgotten Service I took my truck in for a recall to Currie Motors. I was told it would take one hour for the repairs. I left the truck and said I would return five hou I took my truck in for a recall to Currie Motors. I was told it would take one hour for the repairs. I left the truck and said I would return five hours later. Upon returning, I was told no problem that they would have a porter bring my truck around . Over 40 minutes later my truck arrived! That was after two return trips to the service desk and two calls , by a service rep, calling for a porter . Also, six other vehicles were brought around, for other customers, during that time I have to assume they were paying customers and my recall work went to the bottom of the list!! More
