Our 2019 Expedition had to be taken in for a cam phaser fix, which from what I understand is a pretty extensive repair. We had recently filed another claim with our 3rd party warranty provider and weren't fix, which from what I understand is a pretty extensive repair. We had recently filed another claim with our 3rd party warranty provider and weren't sure if they would approve such a large and in-depth repair. John Trehey was our service advisor and he was tenacious in calling the provider (who had him on hold for upwards of an hour) and trying to get an approval. Finally the approval came through and the vehicle was scheduled for repair. John ensured that we had a loaner vehicle, which we desperately needed because we were down to one car. I can't say enough about the excellent communication John provided throughout the process. We are thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work and the best service advisor at Currie! More
