They cause damage and blame you!!! I bought my car from them in 2015 and since then they were the only place I would take my car to. 4 years later and I have to say the customer servic I bought my car from them in 2015 and since then they were the only place I would take my car to. 4 years later and I have to say the customer service has gone way down. I would actually pass up dealerships closer to my house to go to them. May 28th I brought my car in to get the headlight changed out (we tried to get it ourselves but it was impossible) so I took it to Currie and was changed $114. It took them 3 hours to change the bulb and when I left the dealership my tire pressure light went on so I spent more money to put air in my front driver tire and discovered that there was now a bubble on my side wall and looks as if someone took a disk sander to it. I had to get my son off the bus so I left but did make an appointment later to get the tire checked out. I showed up to my appointment and was immediately told I hit a pot hole. Umm...no and I said check the notes. The employee said “this can only happen if you hit a pot hole” and proceeded to argue with me further. Long story short I had to get a new tire because they messed up the other one so badly. $200 for a new tire something that should not have happened to begin with because their idiot technicians don’t know how to drive cars properly. They have completely lost my trust and I will be going to another dealership in the future. More

Exceptional service at a fair price Most people feel uneasy about the cost of a repair at a dealership. I am no exception. I was uneasy about how much a new exhaust manifold was going to cost but I was given a fair price for the repair “Big John” made the experience easy. The thing is, of course you can get a discount at a local shop somewhere but taking it to Currie you know your going to not only get the best mechanics to repair your vehicle, you’re also going to get treated like family. I really cant say enough about “Big John” and Currie Ford!!! Well done Currie, well done!!!! More

UNABLE TO FIX ISSUE & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit from Sutton Ford. Three weeks later, the “Park Fault” warning light appeared. I brought the vehicle in for service at I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit from Sutton Ford. Three weeks later, the “Park Fault” warning light appeared. I brought the vehicle in for service at Currie Motors because of these reviews and John, the service writer, was very nice and accommodating. He connected me with a loaner car while my vehicle was in the shop. Three days later, I was notified my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up. I picked up the vehicle on March 1st. As soon as I turned out of the Currie Motors parking lot, the “Park Fault” warning light appeared again. I immediately returned to the dealership, but was told I would need to come back another time because they don't have a loaner vehicle for me. I did not receive a call from the dealership. Instead, I followed back up and was finally scheduled to come back on March 11th to drop off my vehicle for inspection. It is now May 9, 2019. My vehicle has been at Currie Motors since I dropped it off two months ago. Currie Motors is unable to fix the issue on my brand new vehicle. Over the past two months I have been given several loaner vehicles, however, all are sedans and unsatisfactory in accommodating my personal and business needs. When I noted my vehicle in service is a van and I would need a larger vehicle as a loaner, I was told there was nothing they can do. After contacting Ford Corporate, they made me aware of the option of going to a rental car company and they would cover $60 a day. Also during this time I was told my vehicle was likely unrepairable and I should file paperwork under the Illinois Lemon Law to initiate a buyback by Ford. To fill out this paperwork, I needed the full service report from the dealership. I went to Currie Motors to make this request. Unfortunately, Judi Gumila, the service manager treated me rudely and unprofessionally. She tried to prevent sharing the necessary documents and paperwork—providing several excuses and lies. Eventually, she came forward with the needed documentation once I stated I would get my lawyer involved, if necessary. STAY CLEAR of SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I have had nothing but issues with them. I have copies of all of my correspondences with the service department at Currie showcasing the horrible service and lack of knowledge in attempts to service my vehicle. There are many other options for Ford service. Go to one of them. More

Attempted to clean it and found the positive post moved both sideways and vertically. Left it alone and took it to my dealer to have it inspected. Never experienced this in my life and they replaced it for a $50.00 copayment after some discussion. More
