I set an appointment for a scheduled oil change & general maintenance. Upon my arrival, Diane in the service department, was able to get me checked in and arranged for a ride to my home; all within 15 minut maintenance. This service center is top notch the only issue I have is even when you make a appointment your there 2 to 3 hours. My suggestion is maybe not over book.
