I set an appointment for a scheduled oil change & general maintenance. Upon my arrival, Diane in the service department, was able to get me checked in and arranged for a ride to my home; all within 15 minut maintenance. This service center is top notch the only issue I have is even when you make a appointment your there 2 to 3 hours. My suggestion is maybe not over book. Purchased my F150 from Currie Motors Ford. So far I have had them do all the maintenance work during the 23,000 miles on the truck. I have been happy with them so far. No complaints. Service advisors are very courteous and very good at taking the time to explain any issues which they may find. If issue is going to take a long time they will offer a free ride home and then deliver my taking the time to explain any issues which they may find. I got to Currie 15 mins before they opened. I was planning on waiting. However, Joe, my service advisor, came out to the lot and invited me in.
