I am very skeptical of having my car serviced at Dealerships. Every where I go seems to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and no little about cars. It is so bad, that I drag my brother Dealerships. Every where I go seems to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and no little about cars. It is so bad, that I drag my brother who formerly was a mechanic before his injury with me, or have him call about the service required on my car after they quote me a price. Everywhere I go, they try to add these "needed" services, making it sound life or death. When my car broke down, I tried Currie Motors. Mike Murphy was very friendly, informative, but most of all, didn't try to take advantage of me. My brother was thoroughly impressed after talking with Mike and will have his own car serviced here in the future. I know I have found someone I can trust. Thanks Mike! More
When I've gone to other dealerships in the past, even the one I purchased my and my wife's car from, I'd go for service and was made to feel like I was bothering them. He made me feel comfortable and explained every question I have to my satisfaction. If I didn't understand something, he'd explain until I did. I can't begin to tell you how this guy made my day. I don't mind waiting for my service, when I know why I'm waiting. This guy explains everything so well. I'm going to bring my wife's car to you guys from now on, and of course mine as well. I'm also going to tell all my friends about the level of service you guys offer. Give this guy Mike a raise. He's awesome. I'm new in town and usually buy new cars every two or three years. Sometimes lease, it depends on my work. I will DEFINITELY come to you for my and my wifes next car. THANKS SO MUCH for making me feel like I'm a human being, and a welcome friend. AFTER HAVING A TERRIBLE MORNING. I GOT IN MY CAR AND REALIZED SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT. BEING HOPEFUL THAT MY CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRENTY, I WENT DOWN TO THE DEALER AND WAS VERY GREATFUL THAT SOMEONE WAS REALIZED SOMETHING WASN'T RIGHT. BEING HOPEFUL THAT MY CAR WAS STILL UNDER WARRENTY, I WENT DOWN TO THE DEALER AND WAS VERY GREATFUL THAT SOMEONE WAS PATIENT ENOUGH TO HEAR ABOUT MY BAD DAY AND MADE SURE I LEFT WITH A LITTLE LESS STRESS. I am always pleased with Currie Motors. I have allowed them to service my car since 2008. Their customer service is very good and that is over the phone and in person. I had an issue with my car. The back door would not close, it would just pop back open. I had to rig the car. On 12-13-10, I called Currie to see how much a new lock would cost. I was quoted a price of $122. I called several other dealerships and the prices were much higher. The closest price was $163. I went to the dealership and pulled in the service station. An employee name Mike came to assist me. He wanted to take a look at the door. I asked if he undid the door, would he help me rig it back up since the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be available until the next day, 12-14-10. He took a look at it, and came back with some foam. My door was simply frozen and not broken!! I felt so blessed. Although I am accustomed to receiving great customer service from Currie, this validated the fact that they don't try to get over on their customers. Mike could have easily had me order the part and pay for installation. I honestly thought it was broke. Instead, he told the truth and was so happy about helping me and making me happy. Currie Motors really has something going and their motto, "Nice people to do business with" is very fitting. Mike, I can't thank you enough. In these hard economic times when I was not prepared for such an emergency, especially during the holidays. Your helpfulness was very appreciated. Thanks Mike! More
