Mike Murphy is always so helpful and courteous when I come into the dealership to get an oil change or other repairs to my car. On my last trip there, my car was rattling and needed an oil change. I am 7 months pregnant and had my kindergartner with me that visit, so he worked hard to get me in and out of the dealership as soon as he could. He knows that my husband likes to be aware of any repairs done or of any problems with the car, so Mike always makes sure that he gives him a follow-up call the day of the service. More
