This place seemed good from the beginning thinking I got a good solid deal on a 2020 chevy equinox they completely lied about everything. 3 weeks within having the new SUV started to make a rattling noise a a good solid deal on a 2020 chevy equinox they completely lied about everything. 3 weeks within having the new SUV started to make a rattling noise as you accelerated. Brought into the dealer they tell me they hurd what the noise was then later the mechanic tells the supervisor he hurd no sound. They then said it was the heat Shield then still made noise after I left the lot. Brought it back said nothing is wrong. Terrible service terrible sales people especially Sergio do not recommend him as all he cares about is making a sale. Then the dealership tells me the exhaust pipe had a problem after my wife called better business b on them. I'll never step foot in there again do NOT go there unless you want a faulty vehicle. More

The old bait and switch! Came up to buy a 2021 Silverado 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene 2500HD from Michael Sinacola. Spoke with him the day before. Said I would be up. On my way I get a text he had a family emergency? So ask for Adilene. I get there and neither are there. Then they tell me the truck is sold! BUT we have 3 others. I didn't want any of those. After telling the sales mangers what I thought of the dealership they just chuckled and could have cared less. Come to find out the truck was never sold they just didn't want to sell it for the listed price. They jacked the price back up about $6000! The whole thing was one big scam! I have contacted Chevrolet about the matter. More

Michael is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our 2021 Chevy Traverse. Stay away from this place, worst car shopping experience. I made an online purchase and scheduled it to be deliver to my home due to time constraints (newborn baby) But the day I was to suppose to get the ca I made an online purchase and scheduled it to be deliver to my home due to time constraints (newborn baby) But the day I was to suppose to get the car Giovanni called me and said that they didn't have anyone available to deliver the car and would have to pick it in the dealer but everything was ready and all need was the car insurance which I had bought it. To my surprise once I arrive to the dealer they didn't respect the contract and I explained them that Giovanni said that everything was ready and they said he didn't have a saying on the prices this person was the manager. Bryan was trying to sale me a car with different VIN number same model but more expensive and I ask why the price difference and he just kept saying this the price and never justified it. Scammers More
