I called this dealership and spoke to Mike and explained to him what the symptoms of my car was. He recognized the problem and explained over the phone what to do to fix it. He was able to clearly communicate with me (a person with limited mechanical vocabulary) how to do what to get my car running smoothly again. Mike Murphy is always so helpful and courteous when I come into the dealership to get an oil change or other repairs to my car. On my last trip there, my car was rattling and needed an oil change.
