I took my car to get fixed because of noise I was hearing, car shaking, and other things going on. I told Daniel my problems & he assured me that everything would be taken care of. I was out of town visiting some family in Ill. when my car began to act sluggishly. I have no idea about how to fix anything in my car, so I was dumbfounded. I'm always a little cautious about approaching dealerships that I'm not familiar with, as my lack of vehicle knowledge leaves me vulnerable to dishonest mechanics. I called this dealership and spoke to Mike and explained to him what the symptoms of my car was. He recognized the problem and explained over the phone what to do to fix it. He was able to clearly communicate with me (a person with limited mechanical vocabulary) how to do what to get my car running smoothly again. He saved me time and money that a dishonest mechanic might have charged me. If I lived in the area, I'd be sure to go back. I told my family about the place too. More

Mike Murphy is always so helpful and courteous when I come into the dealership to get an oil change or other repairs to my car. On my last trip there, my car was rattling and needed an oil change.
