I was impressed by the courteous service and general knowledge of this young man. As a mother, the last thing that I wanted to do was to bring my two kids with to sit and have my car serviced. To my delight, the gentleman that I dealt with, Mike Murphy, made my experience actually pl bring my two kids with to sit and have my car serviced. He took the time to not only explain my car problem in basic terminology but better than that he went above and beyond and brought my kids some candy, brought them some paper and a pen and knelt down on their level.
