I recently purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu because I no longer felt safe in my 2010 Chevy HHR due to the recall. John Gallo worked diligently to get the best deal and vehicle for me. The one thing that must be said about John, is that he truly has his customer's best interest at heart, when I was unsure and anxious during the process he reassured my mother and I that he would take care of us and he did. It wasn't just running back and forth to the finance department, or giving me updates on what the bank said, it's the fact that he literally sat with us and just talked. He eased a lot of the worry that we had coming in and felt as we waited to see how things would turn out. After about 6 hours of hard work, he got me my Malibu. It is the best decision I could've made. John allows his customers to feel at home, it's as if you're just sitting at his kitchen table having coffee discussing daily life. After our discussion John located the vehicle we wanted and brought it for a test ride. The test ride was long enough to get comfortable with the vehicle. John answered any questions we had. John and his manager worked up the deal. The price was right in the range we were looking for and our trade was price nicely. After the deal was completed other in the dealership came over and congratulated us. We also rang a large bell, signifying we had made a purchase. Everyone applauded. A small gesture that made me feel good. John showed us where the service department was and how to enter. Our new SUV was prepped for us and looked very nice. Overall, I felt very welcome and our experience was very smooth. I would recommend Currie Motors and John Gallo to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
