We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. It is a huge concern for us when customers leave the dealership with concerns about pricing or trade values after their purchase. After carefully reviewing all the paperwork, we do not see a discrepancy in the numbers. The trade in value on the worksheet, signed by the customer, is reflected on the final paperwork and bill of sale of the vehicle. We save all of the worksheets and would be happy to review them with the customer if they would like to stop in. We know that returning to the store may be an inconvenience. It is also possible for us to e-mail or fax copies of the original worksheets and final bill of sale. We are a volume dealership. Currie Motors has been in business for over 60 years. We like to understand our customers' needs and take care of them accordingly. We have reached out to you multiple times, in hopes of resolving this issue, but have been unsuccessful.
