I had very good experience on my recent visit to the service department. I did have to wait a while for the service dept. find out exactly why my engine check light had come on for the second time. They also discovered a mouse nest on the motor and the wires had the insulation chewed off. I had to leave the car overnight, but was given a ride home by a very nice young man, named Christian. The next afternoon I received a call that the car was fixed and Cameron came to my home to take me to the Service Dept. I had received a coupon booklet in the mail that day and was able to use it for $400 for my repair. Thank you. More

Scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2024 Buick Envista. After an hour Mike Zaleski came out and told me they weren't able to complete the recall because they couldn't connect their computers to so Envista. I haven’t been here since it was changes to Currie. I was really impressed. Apparently they removed my previous review again (two times now) which further emphasizes the abhorrent experience I was subjected to and the lack of professionalism of this place. Why Google would allow a valid review to be removed is also extremely concerning. Never do business with Paul Sur Buick GMC. The following encompasses the original review and an update with what transpired since then. I was treated in the most disgusting fashion at this establishment. I was directed by General Motors to take my vehicle to Paul Sur to have an issue with my vehicle addressed and to have the cost covered under warranty and through the General Motors Customer Assistence program if necessary. I paid out of pocket to have the "diagnosis" performed even though I showed up with the service bulletin from General Motors and handed it to them. I am now being told by General Motors that Paul Sur is not participating in the Customer Assistance process to get this known issue which should be covered under warranty addressed even though this is a known issue with this vehicle. I also was denied service in direct violation of the law pertaining to my use of a service animal. The managers went on to threaten me with legal action and to call law enforcement on me. They even told me they would not sell me a vehicle at all. This has been absolutely humiliating. Original deleted review: I want to make it will known this place is horrible. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. They literally violate complying with laws and the managers (Lee Lugo and the other man did not provide his name, but it is Mike Somers) treated me in the most abhorrent, discriminatory, and disrespectful manner by threatening me, saying they would not sell me a vehicle, and telling me they were going to call law enforcement on me. I even worked to share with them they were violating the law in attempt to de-escalate the situation and they persisted and said he did not care. I contacted General Motors to file a complaint and will make sure they are addressed to the fullest extent. This all transpired even after I paid them money for service on one of my vehicles More
Purchased our Acadia five years ago at Paul Sur, received great service. The service department has been great as well. They have been helpful, knowledgeable, timely and professional in servicing our vehicle great service. The service department has been great as well. We purchased a vehicle from Team Chevy, within the last few year and while their sales department was great, their service department doesn't compare to Paul Sur. Paul Sur is working with us to service that vehicle as well. More
