It's important for us to clarify that while we understand your frustration, the pricing for parts and labor at a dealership is generally higher than independent shops, and we always strive to inform our clients of this before proceeding with any repairs. Regarding the spark plugs, we use OEM parts which can be more expensive than aftermarket alternatives.
