His professionalism extended through every step of the process, down to showing me every tiny detail of my new car (although it was a lot to take in and I put the user guides to good use after I got home). Barbara was also absolutely wonderful to work with. I've been bum rushed through financing paperwork in the past, and even though she had a full schedule of pick-ups that day she took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I fully understood all of the documents. My 2002 Passat was being serviced to replace the right cv joint and an oil change. Frank in service was very professional, experienced, prompt and processed my car during arrival quickly, all the while expl joint and an oil change. He checked for recalls on my car first and confirmed no recalls, then went further to process paperwork for the service. I asked if my car could be ready for 3pm, he said yes, and it was ready at 2:20! I picked up my car and was very happy with the way it drove. The clattering noise from the right cv joint was gone and the whole front end felt really solid and good! Oil change as well. All is good and I'm very happy! Everyone in service at Curran VW is very professional and friendly!! Never had a problem with servicing my Passat there! Very happy! More
