The estimate they gave me is NOT what they charged. I approved $250, they charged $900. When I questioned the bill, they refused to accept responsibilty. They put a lien onthe car & locked it up. I had two options, pay for it in full (in cash) or they would take the new part out and I would STILL be responsible for $600 of labor. I paid under duress because I needed my car back, but I was forced into a repair under false pretenses. I tried to negotiate #450 because I walked away with a repaired car, but it was a repair I would have NEVER approved. But they refused. Beware if you use them for servicing. Get it all in writing so you do not get scammed. More

Curran Volkswagen has horrible service. They had my car for 5 days and could not figure out what the problem was. They tried to charge me $500 to diagnose the issue because the mechanic staff could not fi for 5 days and could not figure out what the problem was. They tried to charge me $500 to diagnose the issue because the mechanic staff could not figure it out. They didn't recall my bringing the car in two weeks previous, to get the problem diagnosed. They had to dig through my glove compartment for them to recall that event. They will rip you off. Do not get your car serviced here unless you like giving your money away. I was told by Dennis, the customer rep., that he has other cars there, and mine is NOT the only one there. I should have taken my car right after that statement was made. Horrible service and incomptetent staff of mechanics. I will never go there again! More
