This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car. The first time I went to the dealership, I found the car I wanted and was ready to pay cash, but just because BARBARA was not working I couldn a car. The first time I went to the dealership, I found the car I wanted and was ready to pay cash, but just because BARBARA was not working I couldnt buy a car. That sounds ridiculous to me. I went to dealership 3 times and Barbara was giving still giving me a hard time. When we were finally on the last step Barbara told me, "You guys are driving me crazy!" I am not sure how I am the on paying for a car and Im driving Barbara crazy. This place lacked a lot of customer service and the owner should consider visiting his dealership to see how his employees are treating their customers. More

Great dealership. I’ve been leasing vehicles for 25 years. I’m an SUV guy. The Tiguan caught my eye after VW increased it’s size.
