Terrible experience. Never going back!!! Have an 2008 VW Convertible Beetle in pretty good shape that needed ignition lock fixed. Charged me $767.80. Said part cost $265.00. Was told service closes at 5 but Convertible Beetle in pretty good shape that needed ignition lock fixed. Charged me $767.80. Said part cost $265.00. Was told service closes at 5 but sales dept. will have keys so prepaid over phone. Arrived at 6:15, sales office closed.After knocking on a window in service dept, mechanic got me my keys. Car rug and mat covered in grease and airbag light on, which was NOT ON when we dropped off the car. Left car there for them to clean and fix airbag. Arrived next day to pick up car and had to wait while they cleaned the car. Was told they could not figure out why air bag light was on that we should call our insurance company because it looks like mice may have chewed wires. REALLY? Rug still dirty couldn't even do that right! KICKER: Airbag light was not even on when I left and they didn't know it???. Did they bother to even look? Assume it was some sensor had to cycle through. They didn't know that? They don't know what they are doing-service terrible and rude! More
