AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I pi I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I picked up the car, the CarPlay didn't work with my phone and was told that it was my USB A to USB C adapter that was the issue. Why wasn't I told this last week? While discussing this issue with the individual who works in service and sits in the office behind the service desk, he cursed at me several times using the F word numerous. This is no way to treat a customer, represent a business and brand, and act in public. He needs to be reported immediately and should be ashamed of himself for acting in such a manor. NEVER GO TO CURRAN VW SERVICE. AVOID. More
