Sales staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I found the vehicle I wanted online, and then was able to quickly arrange a test drive. When I went to pick it up, everything was ready to go and Bri I found the vehicle I wanted online, and then was able to quickly arrange a test drive. When I went to pick it up, everything was ready to go and Brian spent time walking me through all the new features. Barbara explained all the financing options and packages on offer, but was not pushy and gave me time to pick and choose what I did and did not want. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I pi I brought my VW in last week for a CarPlay issue and was told that it was the USB port that needed replacement and could be replaced. Today when I picked up the car, the CarPlay didn't work with my phone and was told that it was my USB A to USB C adapter that was the issue. Why wasn't I told this last week? While discussing this issue with the individual who works in service and sits in the office behind the service desk, he cursed at me several times using the F word numerous. This is no way to treat a customer, represent a business and brand, and act in public. He needs to be reported immediately and should be ashamed of himself for acting in such a manor. NEVER GO TO CURRAN VW SERVICE. AVOID. More
