service lacks Sales experience was good when I bought my 2014 Chrysler 200 and I'm currently under 6K miles, 3 years later. All, I've been in for were the complime Sales experience was good when I bought my 2014 Chrysler 200 and I'm currently under 6K miles, 3 years later. All, I've been in for were the complimentary oil changes and the yearly inspections, but what I've noticed so far it the service department is slow and pricey and never a follow-up to check how things went and/or customer feedback. I had a yearly inspection at 5100 miles and I waited 90 minutes and was charged $42.30 and the car needed nothing. Not a thing, as expected. There's an open safety recall on my car now for 1 year and no fix from Chrysler yet. The 200 has been discontinued and perhaps Chrysler just hopes we all go away, just like the 200, although this could be a major safety issue for them if they don't find a fix soon. Several thousand 200'S are out there. More

After driving it for 30 days I Found multiple issues with the vehicle while still under warranty. Called and was given an appointment to bring the car in 2 weeks later. Dropped off the vehicle with list of 10 things that needed repaired. Realized that this could take time I told them to take the week as I wanted everything addressed correctly. I was contacted on Wednesday of that week and was basically told they could not find any problems with the items I listed. Like someone would make this up! Just given a run around. Then service department advised me that they were advised by the general manager that only one if the repairs would completed. Please note this was the most simple repair. When arriving to pick up my vehicle 5 days later only a exhaust clamp tightened and 40 miles adied to my vehicle I have NOTHING! As for my salesman, he is no where to be found. Be advised they are there to sell it to you but that where is where it ends! Don't be coned with their country boy smile. More

I drove quite a distance and when I arrived I was told, "OH, SORRY, WE CAN'T DO YOUR OFFER. WE WILL LOSE TOO MUCH MONEY." This business actually filled out a bill of sale for THEIR offer and told me to sign on the dotted line without ever mentioning my offer... as if it never existed. Oh, and we found manager Mike to be quite the professional as he hid and screamed at us from his little office. BUYER BEWARE! GO ELSEWHERE WITH YOUR BUSINESS! .. More

They had her car for over a week to do a job that should take normally about 2 days. Then when ever she would call to check on it they would say it wasn't done yet, and usually with an attitude. When she does finally pick it up and started driving home it ran horrible. Took it back the next day for them to fix again. Then told the mechanic had plugged a sensor in wrong. ( Doesn't anyone test drive these things first before call customer that it's done). Then 2 weeks later the lights and Gage's started flickering on and off. Called dealer again and was told first appointment was 10 days away( and with the normal attitude). Took it to another mechanic who told us that who ever worked on it and disconnected the battery got grease all over the terminals and they weren't making connection so the battery wasn't charging and making the lights flicking on and off. What morons. Never take your car there for service. More

I ask about the referral bonus and he tells me via text that Diane will be sending the check out "promptly" - eight days later when there is still no check, I call to speak to Diane. Diane informs me that "she doesn't have time to deal with people calling every other day to inquire about referral checks, that's not her job and she has other things to do". WOW!! Quite shocking considering this was the FIRST and ONLY time I called!!! Then informs me that their salesman is a BIG FAT LIAR as the referral bonus is only $50! This is how you do business??? By lying and then treating past customers like they are bothering you after sending you another customer??? I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR HERE, NOR WILL I SEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO!!!!!! You have your business in a SMALL community and word of mouth is BIG!!! I will make sure EVERYONE I come into contact knows how you do business!!!!!!!!!! More

This was our first time buying a vehicle from Cunningham and we were very pleased. Jim was a wonderful salesman with a great sense of humor and our business manager Nick was very helpful and friendly. I l and we were very pleased. Cars look nice but are very overpriced. They say they will negotiate but act like you are stealing their baby's milk when you try to get the price to a normal amount. You can get better deals at other shops and if you check Autotrader on-line you'll find a lot of other better deals. We ended up finding a newer, lower mileage van cheaper in Ohio. It was worth the drive. More
