Went in for heater squeal noise Blower motor bad .the tech that took dash board out broke all clips and supports putting back in .kept telling me nothing was wrong and was installed Blower motor bad .the tech that took dash board out broke all clips and supports putting back in .kept telling me nothing was wrong and was installed properly . Chryslers field rep told me they didn't need to fix it that i was just fine .the first tech didn't tighten my steering bolt and the service manager told me it was no big deal after I drove it 50 miles . the owner finally had senior tech fix and replace the dash board . After my jeep was there for 2 months . Service manager is a joke and has no idea what he is doing . Sad Chrysler didn't stand behind me as the customer . On the other hand the sales side is awesome. 2017. 5000 miles More

Hitch and Running Boards I dropped my new truck for a hitch and running board install. I was provided a courtesy vehicle to use until the work was complete. I recieved a call later in the day that the work was complete so I returned the car, picked up my truck and was down the road. It was a very smooth and easy! There has never been 'something,' misleading or uncertain or discomforting buying here. Very impressed with the family owned and owners always right there! What a neat family I have come to know a little. The Cunningham's are all a very hard working at the store owners of a Dealership and that is hard to find! The only other store that comes close is HUMES of Waterford, however at HUMES, always the trade value is far less. Cunningham's pay up for your trade to give you the best deal and make less when they re sell it is all I can say I understand. HUMES consistently over the years seemed to be similar in price with no trade, but when a trade is involved, CUNNINGHAM is usually $1,200 to as high as $2000 higher like when I traded a Wrangler. The son's of Randy Cunningham now are by there fathers side at the store everyday. My salesman was an enthusiastic was almost obvious obsessed with his love of the business. Service is always get it down right the first time if ever needed other than maintenance. Also a man who has managed car dealerships in the sales-manager position, has longevity there and knows what is going on about any model or incentive.
