After looking at the two we decided on the Compass. Our salesman Bud was very understanding and extremely helpful. The person who finalized our sale, Ethan was also very helpful. Confused I brought my 2014 Grand Caravan in due to a transmission leak and coolant smell, I also requested an inspection if time allowed. Initially, my experie I brought my 2014 Grand Caravan in due to a transmission leak and coolant smell, I also requested an inspection if time allowed. Initially, my experience was a very positive one and I felt that Ryan in service was very helpful and welcoming- this being my first visit. It took some time to complete repairs and I received a courteous call to inform me of completion. When checking out I received only the service ticket, since the van was inspected I pointed this out as there was no emissions certificate. The gentleman in the office seemed baffled at my request for one and put out when I stated I had always received one elsewhere. I have never had a PA inspection where the tire and brake specs were not explained - this never occurred at this dealership; nor not received an emission paper. This gentleman went to service and asked for the paper, at which point I overheard someone state "what she doesn't trust me- then I don't want her as a customer". I'm not sure this was directed at me, however it is coincidental. At this point I'm left with very mixed feelings about the dealership. More
