Very Happy My Jeep ran into some major repair bills as a result of a radiator failing. It was a weld seem. Sadly the time was up on the 3 year/36,000 mile warr My Jeep ran into some major repair bills as a result of a radiator failing. It was a weld seem. Sadly the time was up on the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty and the costly repairs would not be covered. I was seriously upset, give the vehicle had only 25,000 miles on it and clearly this was a factory condition/failure. Long story short, the service department at Cunningham's went to bat for me and saw to it that the entire repair was taken care of. When I walked in ready to pay a big repair bill, I was handed the keys and told it was taken care of, no cost to me! The service department at Cunningham Chrysler went to bat for me and really provided the service and support they promised me when I bought the Jeep from them. They have been very good to work with for the past three years, and I am so glad I did not get angry and trusted they would do the right thing, because they did. I highly recommend this team from the purchasing to the servicing of your next vehicle. More
