Good manager, slow technician Went in for inspection, tire balance and rotation. Arrived just prior to 2:00 appt. Error was made regarding requested service, but was immediately rectified by service desk manager. Overall, I feel like the technician moved at a snails pace. Thie service call took 3 hours, and the tire balancing could not even be performed due to an issue with one of my tires. Overall all turned out well. No damage to my Jeep, which is extremely important to me. Just felt like the tech was incredibly slow, which really irritated me. More
