Prompt Service but Incomplete I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change on 9/12/2019. Service was finished in less than an hour but they didn't reset the computer oil check I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change on 9/12/2019. Service was finished in less than an hour but they didn't reset the computer oil check percentage when they were done which leaves a message on the screen and won't go off when you are driving to allow viewing of the odometer. The process to reset this percentage is tricky if you don't know how to do it. Had to pull over and read the manual to reset it. This should have been done as part of the oil change. More
