Almost gave up! I test drove all the major autos looking for one that had a head rest that didn't hurt my head each time I hit a bump. None of the rest of them worked:They all hit the back of my head at each bump so I thought I wouldn't be able to lease or buy a new car with this flawed head rest design. I decided to give Toyota a try not expecting it to work either. When we got in the Prius hybrid to test drive it, the head rest didn't work either. I told Roberta Love, the sales rep, that there was no point in going any further because the head rest would give me a head ache if I tried to drive it. She said, "Just a minute", pushed a button on the head rest, lifted it up, turned it around, & it worked fine! That sealed the deal for me. She handled the deal with professionalism, concern, patience, knowledge, friendliness, & accommodation. I would definitely deal with her again. More
