With all transactions I have been assisted by Josh Lawson. He is by far the most honest, sincerely interested in making the best deal possible and putting me in the vehicle that I want. My last two leases, I was able to trade for another brand new vehicle months before my lease was even up. This time all I had to do was call Josh and tell him that I really missed having an SUV - he said to give him just a few minutes and before I knew it, I had a text telling me Good News! He knows me so well after working with me over the last 5 years and I trust him so completely that I didn't even see my new RAV4 until after all of the paperwork was signed and I was ready to leave!! One phone call was all it took and I was told to come and get my new car. Paperwork was ready so it was a very short and sweet transaction. This is basically the same experience I've had every time. I highly recommend Cumberland Toyota and especially Josh Lawson. You won't find better customer service with such a high priority placed on overall customer satisfaction anywhere else. The fact that Toyota's are such great vehicles is just icing on the cake. And two years of free maintenance? Easiest Purchase of My Life I knew exactly the truck I wanted and what I could afford to pay for it. I was looking around at Toyota inventories online and found the right truck a I knew exactly the truck I wanted and what I could afford to pay for it. I was looking around at Toyota inventories online and found the right truck at Cumberland Toyota. When I called they put me in touch with Ryan, the online sales manager. Within 20 minutes we had negotiated the price, my trade-in value, and my out-the-door total. It took me longer to drive to the dealership then it did to finish the transaction and drive off in my new Tacoma. Ryan was friendly, but willing to roll with my direct, no nonsense pace. Next time I buy a truck I'll be going straight back to Cumberland Toyota. More
