Friendly, Patient, Pressure-Free! I am probably one of the most picky car buyers. I had looked for months, shopping around, comparing makes/models, etc. and had several cars narrowed I am probably one of the most picky car buyers. We drove an hour (I live in Cleveland, TN) to visit Cumberland Auto, after searching their internet inventory with a list of what I was looking for and what I wanted to check out. Kirby Beverly was very friendly, extremely patient as I test drove car after car, probably 10 or more. Funny, that I walked away purchasing a Toyota Camry, what he had suggested I test drive first, but I had to go through my list. The Camry had everything I was looking for in a car! The no-pressure deal was one of the best experiences in car buying that I've had. I encourage anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle, to go see Kirby Beverly at Cumberland Auto! When we bought the first vehicle 2 yrs ago we looked in Nashville and Murfreesboro, and we got a better deal in Cookeville at Cumberland Toyota. They didn't have the color of the Tacoma we wanted, and they went to Clarksville and got us one. Last month when we bought our 4Runner, they went to Kentucky to get the color I wanted.
