Sorry that we were not able to see eye to eye on this issue. As I mentioned in our phone call we could not put the tire back on you daughters vehicle knowing that it was unsafe to drive. In the event that she were to be in an accident our dealership would be held responsible for putting the vehicle back on the road with a bad tire. I hope that in time you will see that we were are only looking out for your families best interest.

I've bought 3 Kia Souls from this dealership. I didn't keep the first soul long enough to start having problems with it. The second soul started to develop a noise from the front suspension, like a creaking sound around 25k miles. I brought the car to the service department a few times and they told me nothing was wrong. The noise was getting worse to the point of me having to trade it in for Kia #3. I'm currently in this car and around 25k miles again, it started to make the same sound. I had the service department check it out again and they tell me they can't hear anything or reproduce the noise. I ended up going to Pep Boys in Knoxville and paying them $20 to diagnose the noise. It turned out to be a front strut issue. Only after mentioning this to the service department did they decide to change the strut mounts under warranty. At the same time, I've been dealing with a intermittent noise coming from my air conditioner fan motor that they refuse to acknowledge. So I will have to go somewhere else to have that fixed. Don't worry, if the amount is substantial, I will be sending the bill to your dealership to pay. This service department is very poor. The staff is not willing to fix anything because they use the excuse that Kia warranty doesn't pay them to chase a noise down. No problem, I will be taking the car to a local tech from now on and will not be coming back to this dealership. I have told my family about this situation. We bought the following cars from your dealerships: 2014 Kia Soul 2015 Kia Soul Plus 2015 Kia Soul Plus 2016 Kia Soul Plus 2017 Kia Niro 2017 Toyota Rav4 Time to clean house at your service department. It is costing you valuable clients. I will be submitting a complaint to the BBB shortly regarding this location and Kia Corporate.
