Never any high pressure to get things done that don’t need done but instead recommend when before it becomes an issue. More

First maintenance check and oil change Everything was excellent until I rechecked the tire pressure immediately and while on premises and found where the tires all were different pressures. Warranty requires it. Air bag light on dash came on, called and was told it would need to be brought in. Takes 45 min. to get there. After an hour my wife was told it had Air bag light on dash came on, called and was told it would need to be brought in. Takes 45 min. to get there. After an hour my wife was told it had a bad seat belt sensor, and of course they didn't have one so come back next week only a 30-45 min. fix. After almost 3 hours they decided to tell her that they found another issue, and of course they didn't have that part either, come back next week. At no time did anyone make an effort to keep her informed or to offer her any options or assistance for the 4 hours she was there for the 45 minutes needed for the repair. It took another visit to finally fix the problem, and no one ever even apologized for the way she was treated. If her next vehicle is a Kia, you can be sure it is highly unlikely it will be from this dealership. More

Incompetent Service Center Bought 3 cars from Paul Dean at Cumberland Kia. No problems with buying cars at this dealership. The problem lies within with the service department and the management. The service techs are incompetent and lazy. They do not want to spend time diagnosing or fixing problems. They want easy oil changes. I have had a few different problems and had to come back numerous times to get the same answers from the service advisers. "The problem you are having is normal and there is nothing that can be done to fix it." Try to complain to management and get ignored. Going to have to get service elsewhere and will have to think twice about buying any more cars from this dealership even though I like dealing with Paul Dean. Pretty disappointed. More
