As of this date no one from two dealerships in the State of Tennessee (Cookville Cumberland Kia nor Russell Knoxville Dealership Kia) has addressed my situation and I have the email from Kia’s Consumer Department stating that the dealership refused and when I call the Knoxville Dealership they state that the Consumer Affairs Customer Support Case has refused to repaint my car and that I would need to pay to have may less than 4 year old Kia repainted at my own expense even though the delamination is a known defect for the pearl white paint. In other words both the consumer customer care case number and the dealership blame the other and say the other has refused not them. I have never had these issues with Kia until I needed real help. I have always serviced my Kia Sorrento both my 2014 and my upgrade to 2019 Sorrento and have been a steller customer. Very disappointed in the customer service and care to help an established customer. This response board has all my information but only posts publicly and does not provide actual assistance when I call. Just long hold times and bouncing the ball to inept dealerships. Very bad service.

If toy really wanted to handle that situation with Suzy you would not have had her refuse to handle my Kia service as has happened there. When I was told I would get a call back from suzy I never did and when I followed up she said because of my honest revue I would no longer be able to have my car services there. So your response has solved nothing so far unfortunately and I have called Cumberland Kia 4x and left mesgs with Operations Manager who also does not call back.
