Disapointed I purchased my new/used car about a month ago with a 30 day warranty. The dealership was friendly while I was there and I love my new car. Unfortunately about 2weeks later the heat started surging sometimes while turned on. I thought this would be no problem since I was "supposed" to have a warrenty. I scheduled a appointment and went on my way up there. Unfortunately they did not tell me that my heater has to be a constant problem before they will ever even look at it. So I wasted a 2hr drive up there for them not to even look at my heater. Seems like they don't even care anymore after the deal is made. More

Service turned into new car purchase. Had my 2005 Town & Country van towed here for service. Mike Martin was very helpful and went above and beyond. I told him I didn't trust my van anymore and was thinking of trading it in. Mike recommend I talk to Andy Claborn in sales and give him a chance. Andy was the best salesman I have ever delt with in my life. He was very patient with my kids (ages 3 and 5). Andy also stepped away to give my fiancée and I time to talk privately. He explained the pros and cons of everything clearly and we ultimately bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from him. We also met with Adam Eldridge from finance. Adam was very personable and honest. Andy even watched over my kids while my fiancée and I were meeting with Adam. I would recommend Mike, Andy, and Adam to anyone wanting the friendly service we had. Thanks guys. Only improvement I could see is 2 very small details... Chrysler building needs a small play area for kids and my new car was not detailed that great when we went to leave. More
