Service Manager is difficult to deal with Multiple times we have had to have Dodge service our truck, and multiple times we have had issues contacting the service department. We would be disconnected, left voicemails, but no call backs. We have had to physically come to the store to get an appointment made. The service manager makes it hard to get our truck worked on due to lack of caring. He constantly puts us on hold, lazily clears our check engine light instead of fixing the issue, made us wait for a part to come in for a recall, only to find out there was no part needed to fix it. We have asked to speak to his manager multiple times but never get a call back. If you have a big truck and live in Cookeville, go to RLC. They have won our service and Dodge has lost ours. More

Great customer service My girlfriend and I traveled from Nashville to Gatlinburg yesterday morning and ran into transmission issues in my Dodge Ram about 15 miles just west My girlfriend and I traveled from Nashville to Gatlinburg yesterday morning and ran into transmission issues in my Dodge Ram about 15 miles just west of Cookeville. I decided to ease to Cumberland and see what they could do. I explained our situation and Mike M. in the service center got us in with high priority being travelers, and we were taken care of and back on the road in less than 2 hours. We were always offered to be taken back to the dealership if we ran into further trouble (within obvious reasonable distance) once we left. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent experience. Definitely recommend Cumberland Chrysler to anyone traveling through or living in the Cookeville area. I absolutely felt like a person and not just a number with Cumberland Chrysler. Kudos to them! Waste of time and rip off This was the second time I've been there for service on a vehicle. It will certainly be my last. I brought a 2006 Charger R/T there several months ago This was the second time I've been there for service on a vehicle. It will certainly be my last. I brought a 2006 Charger R/T there several months ago and got half xxx service and ended up having to re-do some of it myself. Today I brought a 2007 CHARGER SRT8 there few days ago with the same half xxx service and charged out the xxx. Had a alignment done cause the car pulled some to the left and steering wheel was off centered to the left, now the car wants to pull some to the right and steering wheel is off centered some to the right. Had the oil changed and they didn't even put the correct oil back in it, says right on the fill cap Mobile 1 Synthetic 0W40, not sure what brand they used but they put 5W40 in it. Also my wheel TPM sensors wasn't reading with my car, they couldn't even fix that and I told them what was wrong and needed done and got charged for it. Also when they flushed out the cooling system, I now have scratches on the front of my car and one of my SRT valve stem caps missing. Not a very reliable place to have your vehicle serviced and worked on. More
