My car has been and out of the shop 3 different times now. The last time it was in the shop almost 3 weeks and I keep getting told nothing is wrong yet it has stalled multiple times. They are understaffed which I can give grace for. However poor attitudes towards the customer is not appropriate. (IE: being hung up on.) They also do not offer a car for use while yours is in the shop. More

I was not at all pleased with the way they handle the service on my Jeep.. Took 3 weeks to get in for appointment.. took 2 weeks and longer for parts. That I wasn’t even notified was in than had to wait service on my Jeep.. Took 3 weeks to get in for appointment.. took 2 weeks and longer for parts. Than when the car hauler took the car down for the service.. They called and said what is your car here for.. They have no idea what is going on.. My car is a 2020 so i was thinking about trading.. Not with this dealership.. like the sales team.. They was excellent.. The service department is the worst I have ever been to.. and we have dealt with several dealerships.. please look into this and change the service department.. because I hate to see this dealership go down because of that.. More

The Cumberland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Team were our hero’s!!! We are from out of state and on a vacation in Tennessee when our Jeep Gladiator stranded us. We had to have our truck towed over an our hero’s!!! We are from out of state and on a vacation in Tennessee when our Jeep Gladiator stranded us. We had to have our truck towed over an hour from where we were at to the Service Center on a Sunday night, as we had to travel back to our dogs and work. The tow truck driver had left the truck in an unconventional spot on-site blocking the entrance and no instruction on where the keys were located. Mike from the Service Center called us first thing Monday morning to check in and let us know what to expect. Our window was down and unable to be rolled up since the truck was out of commission, Mike let us know that he and the team were able to push the truck inside to keep it safe from the weather and secure. He never made us feel bad or insecure about the crummy drop off or extra effort he made get our truck inside! Mike was very communicative and kept us informed regularly about what to expect. We understood that we had to wait a bit for a diagnostic assessment as we didn’t have an appointment and it’s the busy summer season. However, on one of our check in calls Mike asked a lot of questions about what happened. With his thorough Jeep knowledge and great instincts Mike had an idea about what the issue was! He made no promises, but long story short, we didn’t expect an opportunity for a diagnostic assessment and fix for at least a week, and we would have been totally satisfied with that! However, Mike’s proposed solution worked and we had our Gladiator back to better than ever just TWO days after a Sunday night drop off! We are so grateful for the kindness and care Mike showed us. He was so empathetic and understood our stress and challenge of being multiple states away from our mode of transportation. Mike exceeded our expectations and really exemplified the high quality customer service that every business should strive for! If we didn’t live a few states away, Cumberland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram would be our #1 choice for service and all of our auto needs, especially if everyone is as great as Mike was! Thank you so much Mike, we hope we don’t need you again but we are so glad to know you are there for us if we need you! More
