The dealer was efficent, Dodge has a defective product in their truck & the parts are 6 months in arrears. My truck has just gone out of warranty. I need the backlogged part, &was told it’s likely six months their truck & the parts are 6 months in arrears. My truck has just gone out of warranty. I need the backlogged part, &was told it’s likely six months before it’s available!!! Besides the continuing dash alert that the ABS needs service. Without a means to acknowledge the issue & dismiss the continued alarm! The dealership didn’t offer any way to relieve me of this TOTAL NUISANCE . Dodge knows they have a major issue here ! My truck warranty expired in September. It has less than 28,000 miles! REALLY! ( buying a 3500 model should be more reliable). I believe that the defective part is likely the same used in all the 2500 &. 1500 trucks ( i’m still waiting for Dodge to face up the issue ). Maybe they would like to drive this annoying truck, i think they would redesign the system! More
