Terrible service dept. One year after I purchased my new Volvo from Culver City, a sensor started going off. When I complained to the manager, he did apologize and said he would speak to the service agent. But he also said he would follow up with me, but he didn't. Terrible treatment for anyone let alone a repeat customer (I bought my previous Volvo here), but I will NEVER go back. Not only that, these people have soured me on Volvos. More
