I appreciate the service department professionalism. They addressed the 30k Mike service, replaced motor mount, fixed a tire puncture I think, rotated tires and gave a curtesy wash. Martin also addressed my concerns about the motor mount failing so soon- 6 years after purchasing it new. Apparently Volvo cars have this issue. I’ve owned previous cars for about 20 years each but never had that issue but they were not Volvo cars. More

We have leased two cars from Culver City Volvo and had three serviced there. We like the personal service and the proximity to our home. Terrible service dept. One year after I purchased my new Volvo from Culver City, a sensor started going off. It took me a FULL YEAR and three visits for them to admit to a One year after I purchased my new Volvo from Culver City, a sensor started going off. It took me a FULL YEAR and three visits for them to admit to a problem and fix it. Beyond that, they were rude and dismissive. When I complained to the manager, he did apologize and said he would speak to the service agent. But he also said he would follow up with me, but he didn't. Terrible treatment for anyone let alone a repeat customer (I bought my previous Volvo here), but I will NEVER go back. Not only that, these people have soured me on Volvos. More
