I was told my money would go towards a repair (the fee for looking at car).the recommendation was to replace my screen in my car. I wasn't even offered the option to get a software update 1st, which would for looking at car).the recommendation was to replace my screen in my car. I wasn't even offered the option to get a software update 1st, which would have been the cost of the fee to look at car. So i left without getting anything other than an extreme recommendation (thousands of dollars) without so much as a discussion around other possibilities. Even if it wouldn't have resolved all issues, I believe a software update certainly wouldn't hurt.Therefore I got nothing for my money but frustration. More
