Quick and Friendly Lance was super friendly and helpful! The last couple times I've had an appointment, there was a bit of waiting around and confusion, but not this tim Lance was super friendly and helpful! He was there to help immediately, got me all set up and made sure I knew timing, even called when the car was about an hour from being done so I could plan accordingly. I have a maintenance package built into my lease at another dealership and they coordinated with t Culver City Mazda provided such a great experience! I have a maintenance package built into my lease at another dealership and they coordinated with that dealership and I did not have to pay for my regularly scheduled maintenance. In addition, George took note of my feedback about some dashboard warning lights that went off intermittently and found that they needed to order a part so it doesn’t happen again. George was also able to get me a courtesy loaner which was so convenient and definitely made my life easier while the car was being serviced. More
