I made an appointment for an oil change and to check on a tire that was losing air. I chose Jordan as my contact, as she is always the best. Nice guys but poor customer service. I had to visit the dealership numerous times since I couldn’t reach the advisor or his supervisor via the phone. My vehicle was there in the shop for two months and I had to pay out of my pocket for a rental car the first month. Only after speaking to the owner was I given the worst loaner on the lot to use though my vehicle was a 2024 Tahoe. By the way, the engine went out and it was a covered repair but I had to be without my vehicle for over two months with no compensation.. More
