Gio was awesome. He gave all options and advised about services he’d recommend. He said parts would take a few days to arrive which I was fine with. To our surprise they came in the next day and the car was ready a day after! I did have a hiccup with the technicians staining the white leather on the car. When i dropped it off there was a plastic cover applied, but when they dropped it off there was no protection. It looks as if the techs had dirty shirts and pants. The suede also got stained. Gio was very apologetic but i know it’s not his fault. Just sucks that I work hard on not sitting on the bare seats for someone else to stain it. More
