Nope nope, I will never come here again and you shouldn't either. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I brought my car in at 9 am on a Wednesday to have my rearview mirror remounted either. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I brought my car in at 9 am on a Wednesday to have my rearview mirror remounted and check my AC. I received my diagnostic paperwork a few hours later and approved my mirror to be fixed but not the AC (major price gouging). 24 hours later and I still hadn't heard from my service provider, Gio. I called multiple times before one of the employees (Juliet-who deserves a raise) tracked him down personally. He reassured me my car world be done by the end of the day. Took an Uber down at 4:30 to get it, only to have Gio tell me it wouldn't be done until noon the following day now. Picked it up the next day and hadn't even driven off the lot before the mirror (they were supposed to have fixed) popped off. Turns out they hadn't installed the mirror until THAT morning and the adhesive needed at least 24 hours of no movement to set. The technician was sweet and had the decency to be embarrassed. I could tell he was also upset that Gio had signed off on the vehicle being released. The Manager provided a loaner for the weekend so they could fix their mistake but what should have been an easy fix turned into a 6 day, overpriced debacle. Aside from Juliet, who deserves 5 stars for her service, I will never bring my car here again. Terrible communication, both internally and externally, and overpriced. More

Small things matter. It took two days longer than initially expected to repair the car. When I picked it up it was not washed. First I was told they only wash new cars. Then I was told I had to ask the representative when I dropped off the car for a wash. Other dealerships offer this as a courtesy. It is bad form to not offer this after I've paid a couple thousand and been without car for a couple of days. Similarly, when I asked for a Uber to pick up my car, I was told the dealership doesn't offer Uber on the weekend. Again, small things matter. The person who helped me initially, I believe his name is Jose, was very helpful. My rating would be lower, but Jose was very good. More
