I rarely write reviews. Having had several negative experiences at another Chevy dealer (I won’t say which but it rhymes with Borrance) I have had only pleasurable experiences at CC Chevy. On Friday I experiences at another Chevy dealer (I won’t say which but it rhymes with Borrance) I have had only pleasurable experiences at CC Chevy. On Friday I arrived at the service desk at 5 minute ms till closing. The girl there was very friendly. Also, the fact that you guys allow drop off after service is closed is HUGE. Borrance doesn’t do that. If I ever buy another Chevy it will be from here. More

My vehicle has a 5k mileage. Jordan failed to inform me over the phone that I have to pay for the servicing and the servicing is not covered by the warranty. When I arrived at service center, I was told by Jose, my warranty will be void if I don’t pay $500+ for the 2-year maintenance. I did not know this piece of information when I called for the appointment. Jose was indifferent while he was explaining all this. He even mentioned that “Nissani bothers” is no longer managing this dealership. However, he failed to recognize the issue that I was not informed. Jose exhibited “take it or leave it” kind of demeanor. He did little to nothing to accommodate me and provide an alternative solution. I don’t mind paying for the service. I take issue when business withhold key information and deceive their customers to make a quick bucks and take advantage. I will be happy to take my business somewhere else. I paid $85+tax for the oil change. More
Way too expensive to fix for someone that is collecting unemployment ! And charging me $220 to investigate what's wrong it was the window motor it was obvious !
