I was so happy with my service at Culvercity Cheverolet. Jordan was such a help and walked me through every step of the way. The receptionist also made the rental process easy and pain free. They did good work, but it was very expensive. Someone tried breaking into my truck so I needed new ignition components. They were bad at keeping in touch with me, and I had to go out of my way to call mu tried breaking into my truck so I needed new ignition components. I only came to the Chevy dealership because I figured they would have the parts I need in stock, but it ended up taking just as long as if I had gone anywhere else, just for a much much higher price. Overall it was a poor experience, but at least I had financing options. The rep didn't inform me of this until I asked, however. More

The reps are obviously on commission, and treat you as such if you do not have paid work. I was there for a recall issue and they offered to do a complete check on the older vehicle. They were supposed to let me know if the vehicle needed any work but they did not say anything. The paperwork said that the rep will discuss with you any items found. I heard nothing. I at least expected to hear that I will need new brakes. I will not go to this deal ever again unless it’s a free recall. I know this is typical of most dealers, as they work on commission, but this is one reason why they have such a bad reputation. More
