Happy with Ruben’s customer service for my 2021 Tahoe. Very grateful for Luis, Service Manager for assisting me, trying to get Chevrolet to reimburse 3 weeks of car rental while my brand new 2021 Tahoe had to have the engine replaced with only 1,580 miles. Nobody from Chevrolet corporation would help. Thank you.

This was a lie^^^ after calling numerous times throughout the week and getting no reply, i finally spoke to Michelle M. about my issue. While agreeing it was unacceptable what happened, she said there was nothing she could do. She did say she would have a representative from the store email me - this never happened. This place is horrible, full of liars and terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE.
