Tried to upsale me and even my my Chevrolet link didn’t recommend the things yet. They overcharge me for the bill they refused to allocate the points that we had on our Chevy app for one of the oil change payments. Even though on Chevy it says it is exchangeable. They said they rotated t the points that we had on our Chevy app for one of the oil change payments. Even though on Chevy it says it is exchangeable. They said they rotated the tires but if they did that which who knows whether they did or not they didn’t fill the tires up with air so the tires were low. They also didn’t reset the air filter computer rating in the cab of the car. Who knows whether they actually change the filter because it wasn’t reset. I don’t know whether they actually did what they said they did in the service. I have no way of proving one way or the other. But I’m not thrilled with them at all so I will not be bringing it back to the dealership More

Bait and switch tactic, would not help out with previous lease buy out at all despite that i was told I qualified for the “pull ahead” program. Was told I could get the black bow tie logo added on my car but ultimately was not given the emblem. Sticker had included features advertised and then was told that it was not. $795 disposition fee was rolled into my lease payments, previous disposition was $395, very shady. This is the last time I will be buying or leasing a GM product because of my treatment. More

I had to schedule several weeks in advance in order to be able to leave car. However, once I arrived they took me right away, gave an estimate about when car would be ready and gave approximate charges; whic able to leave car. Work performed quickly. Jordan the service manager followed up on all my questions. I left a message with service tech after picking up the car right before closing and he assured me that the needed r followed up on all my questions. While I did feel I was being oversold on an expensive 40K service (the car had been thoroughly inspected upon buying out the lease in 2019, and had minimal 2020 mileage due to the pandemic), I opted for a reduced service that I was comfortable with.
