It appears to be very unorganized and many of the staff told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. It took me three tries to return my lease and required me to call GM financial to get correct in told me incorrect information on multiple occasions. Since I’ve returned the car, the dealer has called multiple times asking about helping me purchase it at the end of the lease. In my experience the customer service has declined dramatically as ownership has changed over the last decade. More

Very disappointed with the workers and the manager. We were told over the phone there wouldn’t be any charge when we came in. Then being frustrated we advised we will do a review for this team, and the manager got upset and told us he will not even service us and we should take our car to another dealership. Then my mother had to come and beg him to service it. That was so not needed but she felt bad that I took the day off in order to get the oil change done. We were lied to over the phone that it would only be an Oil change, and had bad customer service from the Staff and especially the manager. We won’t be coming to this location again for sure. More

i was told the car was ready so i came back to the shop via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day e via uber to find it was not fixe. the service rep did not call me on the day that i brought the car in as promised nor did he call me the next day either and i had to call him. i called the service manager on the next business day and left a message with the rep that answered. no call back from the service manager so i called 6 hours later. he said he did not receive the call and that he would call me the next day after he looked into the situation ...its now 3 days later and i have not received a call from the manager ...clearly there are some issues on follow up and handling the customer and this is surprising as i have had good experiences in the past. More
