Unfortunately, I had terrible service. Made an online appointment on 9/16/24 for service on 9/19/24. I checked boxes for oil change, scheduled maintenance and other. For "other" I comme Made an online appointment on 9/16/24 for service on 9/19/24. I checked boxes for oil change, scheduled maintenance and other. For "other" I commented that I would like to resolve my FACS collision light which stays lit. I showed at 7:15a for 7:30a appointment. When the service agent began asking for all my info, I mentioned they should have it as I made an appt. I provided my info. He mentioned he needed it because it was my first time there. Still wondering why my appt data is not retrieved automatically. The agent notified me of a recall and I left. Upon my return my FACS light was still lit. I immediately showed this to the agent who checked with a technician and informed me to make a new appt as this requires 2 days notice to be serviced. I was shocked! Why do you take online appts and not perform the requested service? What is the point of an appt? I left and later called to speak with service manager. He was apparently busy all day in meetings and would call me the next day. Not good enough... I called back to speak with general manager and was put on hold for 15 mins for the service manager. After 15 mins I was transferred to the general manager. He listened to the above scenario and saidd he would call me back 15-20 mins. I am still waiting for the call! Now, I am forced to travel 20 miles over the 405 day into the valley to search for competent service! Ridiculous! Feel free to contact me to resolve my dissatisfaction. Thank You More
