Service (Manger Luis) and staff are incredibly rude. Accused me of fraud by trying to use a GM corporate coupon. For a whopping $20 off an oil change. He said it could be from another dealer. It was clearly from GM and had my make/model and 8 of my VIN on the coupon. Anyway, I went to valvoline and it was an easy process. Stay away from this place. More

This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have leased from Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen, etc but I will not be leading from Chevy again. First, when my sister and I were called to take our car have leased from Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen, etc but I will not be leading from Chevy again. First, when my sister and I were called to take our car in for an oil change, we were told it was completely free. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have taken a day off work to drive from Northridge to Culver City for an oil change. We get there and are told we need to pay $45 for a tire rotation… we didn’t want it but were told we’re in a VIP program and these are conditions we need to comply with. If we were told there’s an additional fee, again we wouldn’t have gotten to Culver City. Anyway, after being given an explanation, my sister and I go to separate cashiers… I get charged $45.99, my sister gets charged $49.99!! We were very frustrated by this point, we call the manager again he says fine we’ll respect the $45.99 price for both. However, I did say I will write a review which apparently offended the manager who acted as if he is the owner of the company. He says I decided I’m not going to service either vehicle and that I don’t have a right to write a negative review because it will effect his team. How dare he! I have every right to write and say what I think after being lied to and dragged down to Culver City. That’s when my mom came and literally begged that manager to service our cars. My sister and I could’ve cared less… we would’ve gladly taken our car elsewhere and paid double if necessary as long as we weren’t deceived. That manager even went so low as to tell the employees… you work for me so go and bring their cars! My mom refused to leave and that stubborn manager finally gave in. He serviced both vehicles, without charging any additional fees. At the end, we were not given vouchers for a free car wash, which we were also promised, and we didn’t even bother asking for it… let him keep it. He was speaking to us as if the money for the services was coming out of his own pocket and he is doing us a favor. What kind of manager and what kind of customer service???! I didn’t even bother writing a negative review for others to see, but since I was given this opportunity I took it. How dare he speak to us or even “his employees” as if we’re below him or for voicing my opinion…. Positive or negative that is my right! He even went as far as saying he is removing us from being VIP…. Again who gave him those rights without even asking us if we would like to be removed! Let him remove us… it’s not like we’ll be going back there or leasing from Chevy again. To be honest, I’ve been to the van Nuys location for servicing, and I cannot complain of their customer service… very nice and respectful!! It was so bad that another customer waiting for his vehicle said to us, I hope you guys have a better day. We were even afraid he might not have serviced our vehicles correctly, but as God fearing people we gave him the benefit of the doubt and pray that everything was done right. I hope we never encounter a similar situation again. I apply for the lengthy message, but we don’t like to be deceived or belittled by people who are in no way above us. Thank you for your time! More

Could not be more disappointed. I requested remote start and was quoted a price, parts were ordered, and I came back to get it programmed. Turns out the service tech ordered the wrong parts (regular key fob and was quoted a price, parts were ordered, and I came back to get it programmed. Turns out the service tech ordered the wrong parts (regular key fobs and not remote start fobs). The work took 2 1/2 hours though I was told it would take an hour, and when I paid and got my car, realized I had normal fobs. The service tech came out and tried to remote start my car - only to realize they were not remote start fobs. Then, he and the manager came back to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing! I asked for and discussed remote start with multiple people at the dealership. The tech even pretended to try to remote start my car with the wrong fobs before realizing his error and trying to cover his own xxx. We all know what I requested. I have a very high tolerance for mistakes and errors as long as people just own up to their mistake, apologize, and try to make it right. Instead, I got blamed somehow and then, your team had the nerve to tell me it would cost $700 to get remote start. Call literally any other Chevrolet dealership in Los Angeles and they will tell you that the remote start kit + labor costs between $300-400. I asked for a refund, and here we are 3 days later and I still have not been fully refunded. What kind of business can’t authorize a refund?? You can charge people but somehow no one has a clue how to refund a charge. Get it together. You run a business. You’re either xxxxxxxxxxxx me or really don’t know what you’re doing. I had a terrible experience with Hooman and Nissani bros. who owned the dealership before. Now it seems that Culver City Chevrolet is just as shady and terrible as the previous ownership. I couldn’t be happier that I am moving and will have a new local dealership to work with. More
