Terrible experience again. My maintenance was delayed everyday. Absolutely terrible miscommunication and extremely unprofessional. I will not be coming back here. I had to take my car back for several issues after the initial appointment. I don’t feel safe and secure in my car, mainly cause of their incompetence. They hit my car while it was being fixed. It was just not clear what this service was going to be. After the service, I picked up my car and immediately notice a lot of warnings on my dashboard. It took another day to fix that. The day after I picked up the car and again the "Camera Warning". I had an informal quote for $1400 but I had the feeling the person I was talking had no idea of the issue. So I asked to look better into it and eventually the quote was $900 but still they did not give me a good explanation of this issue and its cause. I had to wait more than an hour to have my car and I was left alone clueless. What a pain compared to other dealers UPDATE: my car is now completely unable to take any charge right after the service. Vehicle wouldn’t start on a late Sunday afternoon while at the beach in Malibu, towed it directly to Culver City Chevrolet, and the next morning they had it diagnosed, with a plan of action.
