After scanning my truck I decided to bring it to this dealership, I explained to advisor Jordan that my truck is misfiring and needs multi-point inspection…I was told to pay $220 for diagnostic. After dealership, I explained to advisor Jordan that my truck is misfiring and needs multi-point inspection…I was told to pay $220 for diagnostic. After 7hrs I was called that I need to add $500 or they can’t continue with my diagnosis😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I picked my truck with no diagnosis information because u need more money. SCAM !!!!!!!!! Jordan was an excellent service provider and made my experience excellent. Not sure why you guys cannot send the info to the DMV as it was Chevys fault my car was recalled. I am not looking forward to d experience excellent. Not sure why you guys cannot send the info to the DMV as it was Chevys fault my car was recalled. I am not looking forward to dealing with this with the DMV. It should be Chevy‘s responsibility to forward the information to the department of motor and vehicles for the state of California.Chevy recalled my car and I was not able to get my tags even though I paid for them from the state of California. This has been a real hassle for me. More
