Only received an oil change, nothing was said about rotating my tires. I have prepaid maintenance service but I bought my car at a different dealership, I feel like that matters here. Was only helped when a guy in a suit asked me ( as a greetings ) "how's it going " and I responded with " not too good, I can't get any service. It was supposed to be done 2-3 days and it took 5. People would not answer my phone inquiries. In the one rare case they did - could not tell me anything about when the car will be finished. When it finally was and I came to pick it up service was slow and rude under one common excuse “we are busy…wait”. It was a stressful, horrible customer experience. And it is all because Chevrolet screwed up! You sell trash for expensive and you fix it as a punishment, not true customer service. I will NEVER buy or use Chevrolet and GM for anything when this car is done. It was awful! More

I’ve had to bring in my car for service 3 times for a check engine light. I brought my car in Wednesday and was told it would have it by the weekend. Luis Navarrete has helped me each time. He calls me on Saturday at 2:45pm to tell me to pick up my car. He didn’t set up my car for pick up. He didn’t tell me that YOU CLOSE AT 4PM AND ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY. I get there at 4:15pm BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A CAR!!! You’re Manager Luis acts like there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME. I wait for an HOUR just for someone to pick me up. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.
