I was made to purchase car insurance as I did not have my policy with me when I was there purchasing the car this past Saturday. I called my car insurance company promptly on Monday to make sure I have my ow policy with me when I was there purchasing the car this past Saturday. I called my car insurance company promptly on Monday to make sure I have my own insurance. They also advised me to call the dealership to cancel the insurance they made me purchase and request refund. I did that. I emailed proof of insurance to Walter Gamez at the finance department who was very rude and told me that he will not refund the money for the insurance. I have the right for a refund so I will now file a complaint with the DMV, BBB and the Consumer Protection Agency. This is a very poor treatment after spending so much money over there purchasing a car. I am really upset. More
